| 500 gm | Blueberries |
| 1 dl | Flour |
| 2 dl | Oats |
| 2 dl | Sugar |
| 1 table spoon | Cardamom powder |
| 50 gm | Unsalted butter |
| 1 table spoon | corn/potato startch |
Ohje
- Mix defrosted blue berries in a bowl with 1 dl of sugar (or more if required) with all the cardamom powder and startch.
- In a separate bowl take the butter with the flour, the oats and the rest of the sugar and mix it well.
- Take the blue berries in the baking tray and make a layer of it. On that, start placing bits of the oats mixture prepared earlier so that the second layer is made on top of the berries.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven (225) for about 15 to 20 mins. Remove when the color turns a bit brown on the crust.
- Have with vanillacream or ice cream.
(The same recipe can be altered for apples. With apples use cinnamon instead of cardamom.)
